Panorami Contemporanei
Curated by MUFOCO with Matteo Balduzzi, the exhibition ‘Panorami Contemporanei’ is the culmination of a residency program involving six emerging photographers who developed projects across the cities of Milan, Parma and Padua. The resulting works explore urban transformations from new perspectives by combining documentary and installation methodologies. The exhibition brings these multiple perspectives together to reveal a constantly evolving landscape.

The brand identity system is built around several key elements: a distinctive and impactful typography, a recognizable color palette, geographical maps of the cities under investigation, and iconic associated symbols.

The project combines artistic research and critical urban observation to transform the exhibition into a laboratory of contemporary perspectives. The residency program allowed the artists to fully immerse themselves in the contexts under investigation, producing works that move between documentation and vision. The result is a collective urban narrative, where photography serves as a critical and imaginative tool for interpreting ongoing transformations.

The research results—by Giulia Bottiani, Tomaso Clavarino, Giuliana Conte, Laura Fiorio, Giacomo Infantino, and Simone Massafra—have been published in a dedicated booklet that also includes contributions from local tutors Pietro Baroni, Caterina Benvegnù, and Antonio Maria Tedeschi.
